In addition your blog or webiste visitor can interact with the embedded post by:

  • viewing the post’s comments and shares
  • visit the facebook page
  • adding comment to the post
  • Liking or sharing the post from your webiste or blog
  • liking the facebook page

There are total two methods to embed a post

One is drop down arrow option And second is Facebook Configuration Tool.

First Method ( drop down arrow option within post)
if you click on drop down arrow option near any post, you will see embed option,as shown in figure.

This is only used for facebook status text message or any story or link..

Now if it’s a photo, you will see an embed button option on below the photo after you clicking the photo, where you can download or delete the photo..

it’ an very easy method that facebook give you an embed code which you can add anywhere.

  • Now Second Method (Facebook Configuration Tools)
It involve little bit more work, first of all you have to grab the link  of post which you want to embed, for pictures it’s easy to get the link just click them and copy the link from adress bar. But for other media, to get a post link you have to click on it’s time stamp as shown in figure..

Copy the URL from your address bar, and then go to the Facebook Configuration tool. Paste your
URL in the field provided.

Once your story loads in the tool, click on Get Code. You will get two code segments that look something like
this.
Now you can paste the shorter code segment in your source code wherever you want to display the Facebook post. This method is 100% working on blogger and wordpress. If you have any query, or any problem throuth this post, just comment us, we will try our best to give answers
